Placing Your Order
Before placing your order with us, please look at how we process your purchase and keep you informed along the way. Here is the level of service you can expect to receive from Ladies Fancy Dress

Placing an order with LADIES FANCY DRESS

  • As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email detailing your purchase
  • We will run a quick check with our supplier, just to make sure it will be available. In rare cases where items have sold out before we have removed them from the website, we will email on the same day to let you know if your order is possible. We will offer a close alternative, or a full refund, if this is the case.
  • Knowing that we can obtain your costume style/size, we will confirm this and email your estimated delivery dates
  • Your order will then be placed with either our US or UK supplier
  • As soon as we know your order is on its way to us and we know when it will arrive here, we will send an order update email
  • A dispatch confirmation email will then be sent to you, and your tracking number will also be provided for your reference, so you will know when your order is arriving.
